Welcome to Galavant. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Please read them.
Galavant ("the app") is published by Wayne Christian Santiago ("we", "us"). These Terms are between you and Wayne Christian Santiago. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Galavant for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the app.
Most of Galavant works with no account at all. If you enable Galavant+ cloud sync, you create an account with an email and password. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.
You own the content you create in Galavant — your notes, journal entries and photos. You keep all rights to it. By using cloud sync, you grant us a limited license to store, back up, transmit and process your content solely to provide the service to you (for example, syncing it across your devices or generating a trip recap you requested). We don't use your content for advertising and we don't claim ownership of it.
Don't use Galavant to store or share content that is illegal, infringing, or that violates others' rights, and don't misuse or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Galavant+ can generate text (place descriptions, suggestions, trip recaps) using AI. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for inspiration only — it is not professional travel, safety, legal, or financial advice. Always verify important details (opening hours, entry requirements, safety) with official sources before you travel.
Place information and photography may come from third-party sources (such as Wikimedia Commons and Unsplash) and remain the property of their respective owners. We provide it for reference and make no guarantee of its accuracy.
Galavant is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be preserved. Keep your own backups of anything important.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wayne Christian Santiago will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Galavant. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using Galavant at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
