Common questions

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Settings in Galavant and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy.

What's the difference between Wanderer and Galavant+?

Wanderer is a one-time purchase that unlocks core premium features forever. Galavant+ is a subscription that adds AI features and cloud sync across your devices.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Go to your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, select Galavant, and manage or cancel there. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Does Galavant work offline?

Yes. Your dreams, map and journal all work without a connection. AI features and cloud sync need internet and will resume automatically when you're back online.

Where is my data stored?

On your device by default. If you turn on Galavant+ cloud sync, your travel data and photos are securely backed up so you can use multiple devices. See our Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email support@merchase.app from your account email and we'll delete your account and all cloud data promptly. Uninstalling the app removes the data stored on your device.
